These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and xe88ios ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at xe88ios.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, applications, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of bonus balances. Real-money balances will be returned after deduction of any applicable processing fees associated with the investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the xe88ios Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

Registration

When registering for an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update any Account information that changes after registration. xe88ios accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided at the time of registration.

KYC Verification

All Accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. The following documents may be requested:

• A valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence — both sides where applicable
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence
• A selfie holding the identity document

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must immediately notify xe88ios support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. xe88ios will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all Account holders and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA substantially reduces the risk of unauthorised Account access.

xe88ios accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following channels:

• Online Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via FPX or DuitNow instant transfer
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) — credited to Account in MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit processing

Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the Cashier page within your Account at the time of transaction. Deposit amounts are subject to change without prior notice; the most current limits are always displayed at the point of transaction.

xe88ios does not impose deposit transaction fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges; xe88ios has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such third-party fees.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Account balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds have been fully met
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's permitted daily or monthly withdrawal limit
• The Account is in good standing — no active investigations, disputes, or security flags

Processing Times

Estimated processing times for approved withdrawal requests are as follows:

Withdrawal to Matched Method

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of matching or greater value. Where this is not practicable, xe88ios may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.

xe88ios offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and other periodic promotional offers. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders only. Eligibility conditions are stated per promotion.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, gather data, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in collusion with other Players on multiplayer games or poker tables
• Assisting with, facilitating, or benefiting from the manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable Malaysian law
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, including VPN usage for the purpose of bypassing jurisdictional restrictions

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service failure, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, content, or advice published on the Platform
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by xe88ios's negligence, or for any other type of liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

xe88ios is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides the following tools and resources to assist Players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the Account settings page. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may restrict the amount they are permitted to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that trigger at set intervals during a gaming session.

• Activity on the Account is consistent with money laundering, financial crime, or any other illegal conduct
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or longer
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted and confirmed by the Account holder

Upon Account closure at xe88ios's discretion, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance review. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure in all circumstances.

The version date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
